When I first learned about my high cholesterol I thought I would never be able to eat red meat again. Luckily I read up on Low Cholesterol Diets and learned that red meat doesn't have to be eliminated entirely.  Apparently, grass fed meat is lower in saturated fat than the regular meat you get in the store, and getting the right cut is important too.

The next problem was cost. I wanted this stuff but grass-fed beef can be expensive and hard to find -- my corner supermarket didn't have it.

Mailorder meat delivery is the answer! I started ordering meat on the web -- it always cheaper and super fresh. I recommend it to all my friends now.
