  My Story

I made a decision early on that I was going to try to lower my cholesterol without taking drugs, but I don't want to give the impression that I don't think cholesterol lowering drugs are a good thing.

Lowering my cholesterol naturally was (and still is) hard work.  It requires a commitment to put my health first every single day.  I'm glad I took on this challenge because I feel that the cholesterol was the first impact of not taking good care of myself, at 33 years old, I didn't want to ignore it and wait for the second.    I feel better today than I have in years because of the changes I've made to my diet, my exercise, and my lifestyle in general.

Knowing yourself is important, for some people it's simply not possible to eat right and exercise day in and day out, they find themselves slipping...  for my father, the cholesterol medication is the only way he can consistently keep his cholesterol down and he makes an effort to live a healthier lifestyle along with the drugs

I have no relationship with the solutions or businesses I describe and created this site only to inspire others.  If you're interested in trying some of the same solutions I used, please consult your doctor.
